How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started" on the homepage or go to /register. Enter your name, email, phone number, and password. Choose your role (Buyer, Seller, Agent, or Developer) and you're ready to go.
How do I verify my identity?
Go to /verification and upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (NIN slip, driver's licence, or passport) along with a selfie. Our team reviews submissions within 24-48 hours.
How do I list a property?
Go to /list-property and follow the guided wizard. You'll enter property details, location, features, and photos. Your listing will be reviewed before going live. See the Listing Guide for details.
How do I contact an agent or seller?
Open any property listing and click "Message" to start a conversation. You must be verified to send messages. All your conversations are accessible at /messages.
What is the Trust Score?
The Trust Score (0-100) reflects how thoroughly a property has been verified. Higher scores mean more checks have been completed. See How Trust Scores Work.
How do I make an offer?
On a property detail page, click "Make Offer". Enter your offer amount and an optional message. The seller or agent will be notified and can accept, counter, or reject. See the Offers Guide.
Can I use POGO on my phone?
Yes! POGO is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on any device. Add it to your home screen for a native app experience. No download required.
